Advice on the acquisition of ejido lands and parcels in terms of the Agrarian Law; advice on the assumption by ejidatarios of full ownership of their ejido parcels; advice and drafting of the necessary documents in order to notify and comply with the obligations related to the right of ownership in favor of the different parties provided for in the Agrarian Law; drafting and review of the respective purchase and sale contract(s).

Advice on the incorporation and corporate management of Rural Production Companies, including the preparation of corporate books, minutes of shareholders' meetings and drafting of bylaws specific to Rural Production Companies, taking special care to comply with the provisions of the Agrarian Law.
